Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with one of our products please contact us at support [at] thebetterworldcompany [dot] com within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, all hardware (shaker bottles, scoops, sprayers/bottles, etc.) associated with the return must be emptied and shipped back to us. We do not require the return of any of the actual powdered products, and specifically advise against shipping any liquids or opened/unsealed packaging containing the powdered products. Returns must be received within 30 days after the return label and instructions are sent to you.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Clearance or discontinued items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
